Mlynská 7, Košice

This town house is located near the intersection of Mlynská and Kováčská streets, opposite the current Cuban bar El Nacional.

The current floor plan of the building, which is a national cultural monument, comes from the middle of the 19th century, while it is obvious that the place where the building is located was already inhabited in the 15th century. The current Art Nouveau character of the street facade was completed during the reconstruction during the first decade of the 20th century. The last significant modification of the building took place in the 1990s, during which the pavilion was covered, as a result of which the inner courtyard was integrated as part of the ground floor.

Our company has been the owner of the building since 2019.

The built-up area of ​​the building is 208 m2 and the total leased area is 187 m2. Currently, the building is fully leased. On the ground floor of the building there is an operation of the TEXTILE house secondhand chain and an ATM. The companies ARKANUM, BARNO, ATRIOS are located on the first floor of the building.
